  • Here at YPS, “young” doesn’t just mean age. It can mean you’re starting a new position, beginning to build your own business, looking for new employees, or looking to transition into a new career. We welcome people of any age and any experience levels to join us at YPS! Many people you will see at an event are under 40 years of age, however.

  • Members enjoy free access to monthly networking events, discounted admission to special events, opportunities to serve on committees, access to leadership development, and a listing in the YPS member directory.

  • YPS is a welcoming environment specifically designed to help young professionals connect—whether you're new to networking or already experienced. Our events are structured to encourage conversation and relationship-building in a low-pressure setting. From casual mingling at our monthly Third Thursday events to more focused interactions at leadership luncheons and volunteer outings, there are plenty of opportunities to meet new people. Plus, our members and board are always happy to make introductions and help you feel included. You're not just attending events—you’re joining a community.
